Bread on a low carb diet is a no no. However, it doesn't mean that you can't enjoy something similar! This lasagna bread recipe can be used to make bread sticks or sheets to be used like noddles in a lasagna.

To use this recipe for lasagna noodles, simply double it and then bake on a 17"x11" baking sheet (1/2 cake sheet). Once baked and cooled, slice into thirds to create 3 equal pieces approximately 6"x11".

This can be made ahead too! Once cooled and sliced, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze until ready to reheat with dinner or make in your lasagna.

  2. Line a 13"x9" baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Pour batter onto prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 20-25 min.
