Do you love chocolate as much as I do? Unfortunately, most desserts are packed with flour and sugar. I have a flour-less and sugar free recipe that reduces the the calories and carbs of traditional desserts.

This is easy to make, and while you do not require to use xanthan gum, I find that it helps create the stickiness like 'normal' brownies.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder) and set aside.
  3. Melt ½ cup chocolate chips and butter.
  4. In separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  5. Pour melted chocolate into egg/sugar mixture while whisking.
  6. Combine chocolate mixture to dry ingredients and mix completely.
  7. Add remaining ½ cup chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into prepared 8x8 pan
  9. Sprinkle the top with more chocolate chips if desired.
  10. Bake for 30 min at 350°F
  11. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
