Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder) and set aside.

Melt ½ cup chocolate chips and butter.

In separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Pour melted chocolate into egg/sugar mixture while whisking.

Combine chocolate mixture to dry ingredients and mix completely.

Add remaining ½ cup chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared 8x8 pan

Sprinkle the top with more chocolate chips if desired.

Bake for 30 min at 350°F

Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
Tips for Success
Xanthan gum will help make the brownies stick together and have a consistency closer to flour brownies.
