Don't you love it when you find an easy recipe that you can make in bulk that is so good? I certainly do! These fat bombs are kinda like a combination of a peanut butter cup and frozen cheesecake...doesn't that just sound so good??! You won't even realize that it is keto with less than 4G of carbs per serving!!

Directions

  1. If necessary, soften peanut butter and cream cheese a few seconds in the microwave. This will make mixing the ingredients easier, but is not required.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. A food processor works well for this. If using a food processor, leave the chocolate chips out and then hand stir them in afterwards to avoid them getting all chopped up.
  3. Mold into balls or put into silicone mold. I like to use a 24 capacity silicone mold with a cavity size of 1" x .75"
  4. Freeze until set.
  5. Store in freezer until ready to eat. I can store 15 in a kids sandwhich container.
