I am a southern girl and I love soulful food. Think chili, bacon, BBQs, apple pie...yum! So, naturally, I am always looking for something to satisfy my cravings for southern comfort food while not having all of the discomfort of loosening up the belt.

I also love when I can cook something in my slow or pressure cooker while I am taking care of other things...you know, kids, work, and life obligations.

Add chicken breasts, ranch, and broth to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Add cream cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes.

Once done, mix everything together. The chicken will easily shred with a fork.

Sprinkle more cheddar cheese and bacon on top if desired.
You can do this in a pressure cooker in about 30 min too!
